The Warsaw Towers office building received the BREEAM In-Use certificate with an “Excellent” rating in Building Management and a “Very Good” rating in Asset Performance. CA IMMO, owner of the building, was supported in the process by Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm and the building’s property manager.
Warsaw Towers is a sixteen-storey office building located in downtown Warsaw at 39 Sienna Street, in the vicinity of the Intercontinental Hotel and the Złote Tarasy shopping centre. It enjoys easy access to the city’s main business locations, hotel base and public transportation. Receiving the certificate is a confirmation of the highest property standards, state-of-the-art technological solutions and implementation of the best property management practices. Warsaw Towers was awarded an “Excellent” rating for Building Management in recognition of achievements including: space usage and ecology, occupants’ comfort and well-being, building management and the use of sustainable materials. The “Very Good” rating for Asset Performance was awarded in recognition of achievements related to: waste management, transport, health as well as comfort and well-being of occupants.
