Cushman & Wakefield has been instructed by Union Investment to commercialise Zebra Tower, a modern office building in the heart of Warsaw. 5,500 sq m of space will be available in the middle of 2016.
Zebra Tower is one of the most recognisable office buildings in Warsaw, well-visible and perfectly integrated into the city skyline. Its central location ensures excellent access both by car and public transport, with an underground station situated right next to the building, several bus stops around, and close proximity to tram stops. Drivers can safely leave their cars in one of 124 underground parking places. While enjoying all the benefits of the capital city’s centre, the building is also literally across the street from one of Warsaw’s largest green areas, making it a friendly environment for employees. The building itself is “green” as well, as it holds a LEED certificate. All this makes Zebra Tower a truly unique asset.
“We are glad to be able to work on such exceptional building. Zebra Tower is a modern, elegant and prestigious building, providing great opportunities. It has already attracted several well-known tenants, and we are sure that thanks to the improvements we are planning to introduce, others will follow suit,” said Mikołaj Sznajder, Associate Director in Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
Zebra Tower has around 17,000 sq m of office space, 5,500 sq m will be available in the middle of 2016.
