C&W appointed manager of a warehouse building in Szczecin

Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has been appointed manager of another warehouse building in Szczecin owned by Waimea Holding S.A.

The 4,018 sq m warehouse is located on a 2.7 ha plot which is part of logistics park North West Logistic Park 2 of Waimea Holding. Kompania Piwowarska S.A. is its sole tenant. The building is located near an interchange with access to the A6 motorway and is adjacent to logistics park North-West Logistic Park, also under Cushman & Wakefield’s management.

Andrzej Rosiński, Chairman of the Board Waimea Holding S.A., said: “The convenient location and proximity of North-West Logistic Park were the key drivers in our decision to buy this scheme and Cushman & Wakefield was a natural choice to manage it.”
