The Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw has received the BREEAM In-Use certificate with a “Very Good” rating in Building Management and Asset Performance. CA IMMO, owner of the building, was supported in the process by Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm.
Saski Crescent is located in downtown Warsaw at 19 Królewska Street. The building has nine storeys with approximately 18,000 sq m of office space. Its construction was completed in 2003. The building also houses a restaurant, a café and a fitness club. BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is one of the most popular methods for quality assessment of buildings in Europe. Receiving the certificate is a confirmation of the high property standard, implementation of modern technological solutions and the best property management practices. Saski Crescent was awarded a “Very Good” rating for Building Management (in recognition of space usage and ecological building management) and for Asset Performance (the highest marks for waste management and use of environmentally friendly materials).
Aneta Rogowicz-Gała, Partner, Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Saski Crescent enjoys tenants’ recognition. The BREEAM certificate proves that the investor continues to monitor and improve the property building management processes. It is a pleasure to cooperate with CA IMMO on this project.”
