The Zgoda Retail Park in Świętochłowice, Silesian voivodship, is due to open this Sunday, 29 November. Budecon is the investor of the new retail park while Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, is responsible for the commercialization of the scheme.
Zgoda has been developed on the border of Świętochłowice and Ruda Śląska. With its excellent location and 130-space car park it guarantees easy access to it for customers coming here both on foot and by car. It offers 2,000 sq m of leasable space. The tenants of Zgoda Retail Park include Media Expert’s store with consumer electronics, a PEPCO multi-store, a café, a fashion store and a “Świat Prasy” newsagent store. A pharmacy is also planned to open soon.
BUDECON S.A., a construction and engineering company, is the investor of the Zgoda Retail Park. It has twenty years of experience in the development of retail, service and manufacturing buildings. Zgoda is the first scheme with the investor’s own brand B7, to be followed next year by the Cydr Retail Park in Radzionków.
“We are pleased to open our first retail park. Our objective is to create retail schemes with a strong logo, local entrepreneurs and well-known brands,” said Zygmunt Pucharski, President of BUDECON S.A.
“I’m confident that the new scheme will become popular with inhabitants of Ruda Śląska, Świętochłowice and their environs. Convenience retail parks are an ideal solution for customers on mature markets dominated by large retail schemes. People seek alternative destinations where they could do quick and value-for-money shopping on the way from work,” – said Tomasz Lipiński, a negotiator from the Retail Department of Cushman & Wakefield.
Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the commercialization of the scheme.
