Cushman & Wakefield enters into a partnership with Teren Management Europe

Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has signed an agreement with Teren Management Europe to represent the globally recognised US brand, “Forever 21” in Poland.

Forever 21, one of the world’s leading fashion retailers, offers women’s, men’s and kids clothing and accessories and is known for offering the hottest, most current fashion trends at a great value to consumers. This model operates by keeping the store exciting with new merchandise brought in daily. Today, there are more than 35,000 employees and more than 750 stores in 48 countries all over the world. It is the fifth largest fashion retailer in the United States. Despite its worldwide expansion and tremendous scale of operation, Forever 21 remains a family-owned business, headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

Teren Management Europe is the exclusive Franchisee of Forever 21 brand and is responsible for the company’s expansion in Central and Eastern Europe and specifically in: Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Switzerland and Portugal. The partnership with Cushman & Wakefield in Poland provides for market advisory services and monitoring for ideal locations for Forever 21 new stores. The first stores averaging 1,000-1,600 sq m are scheduled to open in 2016.
