Following a successful renegotiation, Müller – Die lila Logistik Poland renewed their lease agreement at SEGRO Logistics Park in Gliwice. Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate consultancy firm, advised the landlord during the negotiation process.
Müller – Die lila Logistik Poland is a branch of an international logistics company, offering contract, manufacturing and distribution logistics, as well as outsourcing and advisory services. Müller provides comprehensive solutions for the automotive, electronics, industry, energy, medicine, and pharmaceutical sectors. The company has 1,500 employees in 21 operating branches across Poland and Germany.
Logistics Park Gliwice is one of SEGRO’s 15 centres in Poland. One of the strongest points of the park is its attractive location next to the A4 motorway junction and close to an expressway connecting the cities of the Silesian agglomeration. The complex offers modern warehouse and production space that can be fit out according to each tenant’s individual needs and requirements.
“We are glad that Müller – Die lila Logistik extended its lease agreement in our park in Gliwice. We hope this will contribute to the company’s further rapid growth. Upper Silesia is a region with long-standing industrial traditions and an excellent environment for business, offering a well-developed infrastructure, a wide pool of skilled labour, and a close proximity to the western markets,” said Magdalena Szulc, Business Unit Director Central Europe, SEGRO.
“SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice provides the tenants with modern warehouse and manufacturing space, complete with office and social areas, in an attractive location. It is a perfect fit for Müller, a large logistics operator active in Germany and Western Europe,” said Wojciech Dachniewski, Senior Negotiator, Industrial & Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
