Teekanne Polska, one of Europe’s largest tea purveyors, will open their new manufacturing facility at the 7R Logistic Kraków-Kokotów logistics park. Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate advisor, represented 7R Logistic, the park’s developer, in the process of leasing this built-to-suit building.
The logistics park in Kraków-Kokotów is being developed on a 9 ha plot near Kraków. During the first stage of the investment, finished at the end of 2015, a 13,250 sq m warehouse was constructed. Further plans include a manufacturing and warehouse hall for Teekanne Poland, with staff facilities and a total area of 5,750 sq m. This built-to-suit scheme will be fully tailored to the tenant’s individual needs. The Kraków-Kokotów logistics park is conveniently located close to the A4 motorway junction and the S7 expressway.
“Moving our manufacturing operations to this modern facility near Kraków is a milestone for our company in the Polish market. This innovative space, custom-made to satisfy our production and warehousing needs, together with staff facilities, will significantly improve the comfort of our team and streamline both our external and internal processes” said Beata Guzik, Operations Manager at Teekanne Poland.
“We are delighted that Teekanne decided to choose our park in Kokotów as the location for their factory. The building will be built-to-suit, strictly according to the client’s needs and requirements. This will allow us to efficiently develop the usable area, taking full advantage of every square metre of space” said Tomasz Lubowiecki, President of the Board at 7R Logistic S.A.
“We are confident that the scheme at the 7R Logistic Kraków-Kokotów park will satisfy all Teekanne’s needs. The hall will be tailor-made for tea manufacturing, offering also warehouse and staff facilities. The logistics park’s prime location provides fast and convenient transport links with southern Poland’s major cities and the Kraków–Balice Airport” said Konrad Jacewicz, Negotiator, Industrial & Logistics Agency at Cushman & Wakefield.
