62 promotions to Associate and Associate Director awarded
Cushman & Wakefield has announced 62 promotions to Associate and Associate Director in EMEA, across a range of markets, skill lines and functions including Asset Services, Capital Markets, Global Occupier Services, Office Agency, Project Management, Retail and Valuation & Advisory. Eight promotions to Associate and Associate Director were awarded in Cushman & Wakefield Poland.

Promotions to Associate or Associate Director were awarded in August 2016 to: Michał Galimski, Marcin Golly, Anna Hofman, Daria Kotarska, Piotr Lisicki, Magdalena Nosal, Paweł Partyka and Mieczysław Pergół.
Michał Galimski was promoted to Associate. Michał works in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency and has represented Cushman & Wakefield’s office in Krakow since October 2012, being responsible for its expansion on the office markets of southern Poland. Michal has successfully closed lease transactions involving more than 50 thousand sq m for clients such as: Brown Brothers Harriman, Capgemini, Akamai, Sappi, Parker Hannifin Corporation, Mazars, Gigaset, ING Bank, ING Usługi Finansowe, Prudential, Aviva, Pramerica,Teradata and Booking.com.
Marcin Golly was promoted to Associate Director. Marcin is a civil engineer with more than twelve years of experience in construction project and cost management following successful completion of a number of retail, office and industrial property projects. He has been Senior Project Manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management & Consultancy since 2010. Marcin has been responsible for team management and coordination of cooperation between the Portfolio and Transaction Management departments for a reputable bank in Poland. His key clients include Citibank, Citi International, Architech, CompareKing, CPI PG and Dolby. Marcin completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Anna Hofman was promoted to Associate. Anna joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001 and has worked in its Retail Agency since 2005. Anna has more than eleven years of experience as a negotiator on the property market leading to fruitful cooperation with such clients as Neinver, Elbfonds Development, Multi Development and Globe Trade Centre. Anna is a licensed real estate agent and a Master of Business Administration of the Leon Koźmiński University and Bradford University, a CCIM and an MRICS.
Daria Kotarska was promoted to Associate. She works in Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Agency. Daria has capitalised on her extensive 18-year market experience to successfully complete many projects for such clients as Inter IKEA, Globe Trade Centre, CBRE GI, ING Real Estate and Atrium European Real Estate. Daria is a graduate of Management of Warsaw University and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management at the Leon Koźmiński University.
Piotr Lisicki was promoted to Associate Director. He joined Cushman & Wakefield (DTZ) in 2013. As an IT consultant Piotr has been previously involved in implementation of ERP systems and is now Process and System Administration Manager responsible for IT systems and procedures in the Asset Services department. He is a graduate of Management and Marketing of the Warsaw School of Economics.
Magdalena Nosal was promoted to Associate Director. She is a Leasing Manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services, heading the team responsible for leasing in five shopping centres, including Złote Tarasy. Magdalena has more than thirteen years of professional experience in the real estate industry, having previously worked for Colliers International, Alshaya Poland, Mayland Real Estate and DTZ Polska. Magda is a licensed real estate manager and a graduate of Social Sciences of the University of Gdańsk.
Paweł Partyka was promoted to Associate. He is a Senior Consultant in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Market Group and a member of the team responsible for advising investors on commercial property sales and acquisitions in the retail sector. Before he joined Cushman & Wakefield in May 2015, he had worked as a consultant in the Investment Department of Savills Polska. Paweł is a graduate of Finance and Accounting of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Finance Faculty of the Tilburg University.
Mieczysław Pergół was promoted to Associate. He has thirteen years’ experience in the office and warehouse property market. Mieczysław is an Office Portfolio Manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services, being responsible among others for Starwood’s portfolio. Ha has also acted for projects for Adgar, Ghelamco, Peakside, Corpus Sireo, FPP and Skanska. Mieczysław is a licensed real estate manager and a graduate of Property Management of the Real Estate University.
