The company currently operates in Norway, Sweden and Poland and it plans to expand to the Asian market in Singapore by the end of the year.
- This office space will aid us in our Polish and international expansion. It will further assist us in expanding our ability to provide the easiest access to both financial and insurance products. Warsaw Spire provide the perfect stage from which to expand in CEE. We look forward to continuing to make life easier for everyday people around the world. We would also like to thank Cushman & Wakefield for their assistance and professionalism throughout the process – said Rene Skaflestad, Managing Director at Libertech.
The Norwegian company has decided to establish its headquarters for the CEE region in Warsaw, attracted by Poland’s favourable economic environment and access to highly skilled workforce. The office will be located in Warsaw Spire complex (building C), which has become the symbol of modernity and innovation. These features perfectly reflect Libertech’s values. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for lease negotiations and the office fit-out concept.
- We welcome another international tenant in Warsaw Spire and we feel very satisfied with fact that such companies as Libertech Group choose our investment to run its modern and innovative business. It is the best proof that Warsaw Spire, the icon of changes, which has gone in Poland within last decades, is the key project on the capital’s business map – said Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial & Business Development Director, Ghelamco Poland.
- We are very pleased to have been appointed to assist Libertech Group in its expansion into the Polish market. We would like to thank the company for placing its trust in our negotiating abilities. This helped generate savings exceeding the tenant’s expectations, which resulted in the company’s decision to expand its lease – said Mikołaj Niemczycki and Piotr Capiga, negotiators in the office department at Cushman & Wakefield.
