Polish branch of a group of direct selling companies to take up 2,900 sq m
The Polish branch of Berner, a leading European direct seller, has signed a lease for more than 2,900 sq m of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Kraków III. The developer Panattoni was represented by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Panattoni Park Kraków III is a logistics centre offering 34,500 sq m of modern Class A warehouse space tailored to individual needs of diversified tenants. The logistics park is located in Skawina, in close proximity to the city of Kraków, and can be accessed by public transport. It is owned by Panattoni, an international warehouse space developer. Panattoni has developed more than 2.5 million sq m across Poland.
Berner, which has operations in 20 countries across Europe, has been present on the Polish market since 2000. It is a leading provider of a full range of small products for professional use in construction, automotive industry and manufacturing. Berner Polska will take up over 2,900 sq m in Panattoni Park Kraków III, including more than 2,400 sq m of warehouse space and 463 sq m of office and welfare facilities. As part of a non-standard solution tailored to the tenant’s needs, the building’s space will be adapted to enable storage of flammable goods in accordance with the ADR convention.
Konrad Jacewicz, Negotiator, Industrial & Logistics Agency at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “It is an interesting project and a major challenge as the tenant was looking for non-standard space. The new module of Panattoni Park Kraków III meets the tenant’s requirements. The owner of the logistics centre has gained another prestigious tenant, while Berner Polska can use a facility that has been fully adapted to its business profile.”
