WHEELS Logistics joined SEGRO’s clients in logistics park in Gadki. Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, acted as an agent on the transaction.
Leasing covers 4200 sq. m of the warehouse as well as office and social space in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznan, Gadki. It will be WHEELS Logistics main logistics center servicing clients throughout all Poland. ‘We will distribute various types of packaging products across Poland from Gadki. The park will be the 14th location of WHEELS Logistics across Europe. Our strategic goal is to develop business activity not only in Poland, but also in Europe. The perfect location of the park near Poznan allows us to implement this strategy’ – explains Verena Patrias, Area Manager in WHEELS Logistics. 750 trucks with up to 120m³ loading volume and up to 25t payload are planned daily by WHEELS employees.
