Aluplast sp. z o.o., the biggest supplier of PVC window systems on the Polish market, has signed a lease for 10,000 sq m of warehouse and manufacturing space at the Logicor Poznań III distribution centre. Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Aluplast sp. z o.o. is the leading supplier of PVC window systems on the Polish market. More than 200 certified manufacturers produce PVC windows and doors in Poland based on its technologies. Aluplast’s annual turnover is estimated at approximately PLN 500 million. Its business and product offer have been recognized for years by both sector professionals and clients, as confirmed by many prestigious awards, including the following: Poznań International Fair Gold Medal, Building Brand of the Year, Hercules of the Construction Industry, TopBuilder and Leader of the Construction Woodwork Market. Aluplast is also the founding member of the Polish Windows and Doors Association grouping producers, suppliers and distributors.

Logicor Poznań III is a distribution centre with a Class A building offering 26,400 sq m. It has 35 loading docks, 40 parking spaces for delivery trucks and 60 spaces for cars. The scheme is located in Robakowo, 16 km from downtown Poznań, in the vicinity of the S11 expressway and 2.5 km from the Krzesiny junction, linking the expressway and the A2 motorway/E30 European route (Poznań-Łódź-Warsaw). Logicor is a leading owner and operator of modern logistics and distribution facilities in Europe. It currently owns more than 13 million square metres of space in properties across key European markets.
