Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has been responsible for the audit of the Sienna Center office complex and obtaining a BREEAM IN-USE International 2015 certificate for the scheme. The office complex received a “Very Good” rating in Asset Performance and an “Excellent” rating in Building Management. The scheme is owned by CA IMMO.

Sienna Center is a complex of three office buildings providing nearly 20,000 sq m of leasable space. It was delivered in 1998 but its successive refurbishments have helped to maintain its appeal. Sienna Center offers flexible office layouts, a modernized air-conditioning system, a two-level underground car park for nearly 200 cars, surface parking spaces in the courtyard and amenities for cyclists. The complex is nearly 100% let and has been recently revitalized to upgrade the common areas including its three reception desk areas, lifts and car park, and has been largely modernized to improve energy efficiency of its systems. Sienna Center is located at the junction of Sienna and Żelazna Streets and near Warsaw’s major public transportation hubs: ONZ Roundabout and the Central Railway Station. It enjoys easy access to multiple services, stores, restaurants, public transportation stops and a station of the Veturilo rental bike scheme in its immediate vicinity. Cushman & Wakefield is the building’s property manager on behalf of CA IMMO.

Kamila Piekarska, Asset Management, CA IMMO, said: “We are delighted that Sienna Center has received the BREEAM IN-USE International certificate. Its recent refurbishments have greatly improved its standard and helped to maintain its high occupancy rate.”

Grzegorz Dąbrowski, Property Manager, BREEAM In-Use Assessor, Asset Services Department of Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Receiving the BREEAM IN-USE International certificate for the Sienna Center, which is under Cushman & Wakefield’s management, is a confirmation of the continued high property standard of the complex. The multiple improvements and refurbishments have added to the high quality and tenant comfort. We will continue in our efforts to preserve the competitive edge of the scheme on the Warsaw office market.”
