Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has been selected to act as property manager for the Grójecka Offices building currently under construction in Warsaw’s Ochota district. The new office building located at Grójecka 206 street will comprise 7 400 sqm of A class office space and it will be completed in Q2 2017.

The Grójecka Offices building will be completed in Q2 2017. 50% of the space offered is already leased. Tenants include names such as PANEK S.A., KARMAR S.A., Zdrofit and Nowakowski Gorąco Polecam, which will be opening a café with an in-house bakery on the ground floor dedicated to service and retail businesses. Advanced discussions with more tenants are currently underway.
