At the end of February 2017, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield launched in Poland a new version of its website with a new layout and enhanced intuitive navigation. Modern functionalities include Occupier Metrics, a tool that provides quick and well-structured access to information on office space both in Poland and on global markets.

The website was reorganised to adapt its layout to mobile devices to enable its easy use by everyone, irrespective of a device’s operating system or screen size.

Małgorzata Frąckiewicz, Marketing Manager, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Our previous office finder covered Poland’s core office markets. Its new feature is Global Occupier Metrics added to its database with information on office space available in Europe and worldwide.”

Global Occupier Metrics is a free-of-charge, interactive portal with immediate insight into local real estate markets. This tool supports agents in preparing portfolios of properties available on the market and enables comparisons for individual countries and sectors. It also models occupancy costs taking into consideration a number of factors, including office location, and calculates the average number of square metres required per employee.

Maciej Markowski, Partner, Head of Workplace Strategy CEE, Global Occupier Services, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Global Occupier Metrics is a step forward to meet the expectations of users wanting to compare on a single website office occupancy costs in different parts of the world according to criteria of interest.”

The Global Occupier Metrics application has been rated the UK’s top innovation by CoreNet and has supported thousands of users in over 100 countries since 2014.
