We are delighted to share with you a very good news: Two Cushman & Wakefield teams in Poland – Office and Industrial Agencies – earned the highest score in Best Client Care research survey, organized by “Rzeczpospolita”, a leading Polish business daily. The ranking of office agencies was presented in an article “Who took best care of a client looking for an office” published in “Rzeczpospolita” on 27 January 2017, whilst performance of industrial agencies was highlighted in an article “Who to engage when looking for warehouse space” that came out on 3 February 2017.

The surveys were carried out among leading real estate agencies based on mystery calling. It evaluated the quality of services provided to clients. The rating (stars) were graded according to five categories: functionality of website, number of offers, direct access to agent, promptness of follow-up, alignment of received offers to specified criteria.

The surveys rated each variable 1 – 5 with 5 being the best possible rating. We received the highest category quality ranking of 5-star service!

Our websites and were perceived as very functional offering effective ways to examine, sort, select and filter the products according to specific needs, providing detailed information on prices, available space, number of parking places etc. Agents efficiently and professionally handled the client, identifying the location that best suited the client’s needs, arranging the viewing on the same day and promising to provide more comparable offers. A direct and prompt contact with our agents as well as their responsiveness and professionalism were evaluated as the service’s greatest strengths.
