Astrum Business Park is an office complex comprising a six-floor building and three four-floor buildings providing over 30,000 sq m. It also offers a canteen, a car wash, an ATM, a bicycle parking facility and nearly 800 underground and surface parking spaces. It is conveniently located and can be easily accessed by car and public transport. In June 2015, Astrum Business Park received a BREEAM Interim Certificate with a “Very Good” rating.

Krzysztof Marczak, President of IRYDION Sp. z o.o., said: “Astrum Business Park clearly stands out from other office complexes available on the market as it boasts an excellent location in a growing and increasingly appreciated business part of Warsaw and last, but by no means least, top quality of the scheme. Tenants are offered flexible modern office space options and high-quality solutions and amenities. We entrusted the commercialization of the scheme to Cushman & Wakefield, a global firm with many years of experience in the commercial real estate market. We are confident that thanks to cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield other businesses will soon be able to appreciate the advantages of Astrum’s office space.”

Monika Sieradzan, Senior Consultant, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We are very pleased to have entered into cooperation to commercialize Astrum Business Park. With its technological solutions the complex offers tenants great potential and a comfortable working environment.”
