Cushman & Wakefield represents Autodistribution Polska in its 6,000-plus sq m lease renegotiation

Autodistribution Polska Sp. z o.o. (AD Polska), a leading distributor of automotive parts, consumable materials and repair equipment, has extended its lease for over 6,000 sq m of warehouse space, including office and welfare facilities, in WLC Bielany Wrocławskie. The owner of the distribution centre is CBRE GI. The tenant was represented in this transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

AD Polska is part of Autodistribution International (ADI), one of the four largest group purchasing organizations on the automotive market. ADI operates in 33 countries across Europe, Africa, Central Asia and the Caucasus. AD Polska has three main warehouses located in Dębica, Kraków and Wrocław, and 44 branches in Poland. It also offers motor vehicle fleet services for corporate clients.

Sebastian Biedrzycki, Associate Director, Head of Office and Industrial Asset Services at CBRE, said: “One of CBRE’s last year achievements was the assumption of responsibility for operational management of a portfolio of the PEC Fund, with CBRE Global Investors as its Asset Manager. We are therefore all the more pleased that we’ll be closing the first quarter of 2017 with this remarkable success. AD Polska’s decision to remain here and extend its lease agreement is evidence of the property’s strong potential, high quality and prime location.”

Being pleased with its previous cooperation the tenant has chosen to remain in a convenient location, while the landlord has secured a lease for part of its warehouse park.”

WLC Bielany Wrocławskie is a modern distribution centre comprising two buildings totalling 90,000 sq m. Its warehouse and office modules can be easily combined to meet tenants’ requirements. It is conveniently located in Bielany Wrocławskie, right next to the A4 motorway and Wrocław’s ring-road (the A8 motorway), and near the E40 European route (Wrocław-Katowice-Kraków), and national road no. 8/the E67 European route (Wrocław-Warsaw-Białystok). The warehouse park is situated 12 km from international Wrocław-Strachowice Airport and 10 km from Wrocław’s city centre.
