Alena Vlachová and Maria Zielińska have reinforced the CEE Hospitality team at Cushman & Wakefield, which is based in Prague and Warsaw and thus as the only one on the CEE market able to provide clients with advisory services in hospitality investments, development and valuation with in-depth local know-how. The CEE hospitality team is headed by David Nath.

Alena Vlachová is joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Prague offices as an analyst. She will focus on valuation and advisory services concerning investments in hospitality assets in Central and Eastern Europe.

Alena Vlachová earlier worked at Deloitte as a consultant in the transfer pricing team, and she also contributed there to real estate valuation projects. Alena graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, majoring in international trade and valuation of enterprises and real estate. In her leisure time, she teaches tennis, is interested in literature, and likes to travel.

Maria Zielińska is joining the Warsaw office in the position of a senior analyst. She will focus on investment advice and development of business.

Maria Zielińska has come to Cushman & Wakefield from Horwath HTL at which she worked as an analyst. Before that, she managed real estates at international hotel chain, Accor Hotels. Maria has graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), majoring in management and international trade. She likes travelling and sports and is interested in international trade relations.

“At the time of an unprecedented activity in the area of hotel investments in CEE real estate, our team is expanding in order to further reinforce our dominant position in the CEE market and to be able to continue providing services with in-depth local market knowledge to the rising number of investors,” says David Nath, Head of Central & Eastern European Hospitality Team at Cushman & Wakefield.
