Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has been appointed property manager of the Prosta Tower office building in Warsaw. A special open-ended real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Management Germany is the owner of the scheme. The property management agreement was signed in December 2016.
Prosta Tower is a 19-floor, Class A office building offering around 6,000 sq m of office space. It is located in the business district of Warsaw, near Daszyńskiego Roundabout. It was delivered in 2011. Prosta Tower features a very striking design. Its reinforced concrete latticework mounted on the glass façade imbues the interiors with a truly unique atmosphere. State-of-the-art technological solutions, access of daylight and tailor-made office fit-outs ensure a user-friendly and comfortable working environment. A five-level underground car park offers 75 parking spaces.
