Founded in 2008, Future Mind specializes in building technological products designed chiefly for mobile platforms and the Internet of Things. Its clients include both innovative start-ups and multinational corporations undergoing digital transformation programmes. Future Mind creates products from A to Z and provides carefully selected teams that complement clients’ competencies. Throughout over nine years of its operation it has provided services for such brands as E&Y, Virgin Mobile, Poczta Polska, Morizon S.A., Empik and Euro RTV AGD.

Tomasz Woźniak, CEO of Future Mind, said: At Future Mind we focus on efficiency during the day and that’s why availability of various means of public transport was our key criterion in our search for office space. The IO-1 building sits close to the intersection of the Mokotów district’s main arteries, enabling easy access by car from all parts of Warsaw. We also feel inspired by the presence of international tech companies with which we have already developed exciting contacts. I’d like to thank Cushman & Wakefield for representing us, its professional advice and finding solutions that meet our needs.”

Mikołaj Niemczycki and Piotr Capiga, Negotiators, Office Agency of Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Future Mind is a rapidly growing business with a young team. IO-1 is a modern and well-connected office building that is bound to satisfy all the requirements of our client. We are delighted that it has gained another reputable tenant that we had the pleasure of representing in the transaction.”

IO-1 is a landmark 14-floor Class A office building located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, at the intersection of the city’s two main arteries: Puławska Street and Niepodległości Avenue. It offers around 22,000 sq m of leasable office space. IO-1 adjoins the Wilanowska underground station, tram and bus stops, enabling quick access to the city centre and other districts. It features air-conditioning, raised floors and suspended ceilings. Its facilities also include a post office, a restaurant and several conference rooms.
