Cushman & Wakefield announces promotions in Poland

In April 2017, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield promoted Piotr Capiga to senior negotiator in its Office Agency and Piotr Zatorski to senior property manager in its Asset Services team in Poland.

Piotr Capiga joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013. He is a specialist in tenant representation in lease negotiations, supporting such clients as AXA Ubezpieczenia, Euronet, Alior Bank, TMF, BBDO, Mondelez, Libertech, Polish History Museum, NordCurrent, DDB, U.S. Embassy, PHD Media Direction, Work Service and OTIS. Piotr also has experience in landlord representation and has advised on projects of Polski Holding Nieruchomości, Capital Park, Senatorska Investment and Starwood. He has authored many articles and commentaries on the Warsaw office market. Piotr is a lawyer by education. He graduated in Law and Administration from Warsaw University and completed post-graduate studies in real estate brokerage.

Piotr Zatorski joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 as a property manager of Metropolitan at 1-3 Piłsudskiego Square in Warsaw, having gained professional experience with JLL. His key responsibilities include property management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cooperation with tenants, implementation of fire instructions and regulations, subcontractor management, lease administration and marketing oversight. Piotr is a property manager of Green Corner A&B, Kopernik Office Buildings A-E, Libra Business Centre and Jasna 26. He is also in charge of three property management specialists and is responsible for marketing projects and implementation of new technologies in office buildings under Cushman & Wakefield’s management. Piotr has worked with Heitman, DeAWM, Aberdeen, Rockspring, Skanska, Nordea Bank, Accenture, Liberty Direct, GDDKiA (General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways), Nissan, Sygnity, Fujifilm, McKinsey, BNP Paribas, Dom Development and many law firms.
