PHUP Gniezno Sp. z o.o. has extended its nearly 4,700 sq m lease of office and warehouse space in Logistic & Business Park Bydgoszcz. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. The scheme is owned by London & Cambridge Properties Ltd.
PHUP Gniezno is a family business with many years’ experience in trading in FMCG products. It is a leading wholesale and retail distributor in the FMCG sector, operating in Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Lubuskie, Łódzkie, Wielkopolskie and Zachodniopomorskie regions in Poland. PHUP Gniezno has approximately 25,000 sq m of warehouse space across five distribution centres.
Logistic & Business Park Bydgoszcz is a modern complex offering 30,000 sq m of warehouse space, a truck court and parking spaces for approximately 40 trucks and 300 cars. It is located 10 kilometres from the S10 expressway linked to the A1 motorway and 7 kilometres from the Bydgoszcz Airport. Its buildings are now being upgraded to meet Class A standards. Logistic & Business Park Bydgoszcz is owned by London & Cambridge Properties Ltd., the UK’s privately-owned investment and property management company with operations across Europe.
