Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has represented UTC Fire & Security Polska in its lease of over 4,000 sq m in Sadowa Business Park in Gdańsk. The office building is owned by Atlas Estates (Sadowa) Sp. z o.o.

UTC technology centre in Gdańsk started out as a five-member engineering team in 1997. It now employs over 220 people dedicated to delivering advanced technology solutions for smart buildings: air-conditioning and security systems, including fire safety, anti-burglar, access control and video surveillance systems.
Sadowa Business Park is a six-floor building offering more than 6,500 sq m of modern office space. It is located close to the Gdańsk historic Old Town, in the Olszynka district, providing easy access to the city’s main thoroughfares, including E77 linking the city centre to the Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport and being an exit road to Warsaw. It can also be easily accessed from the Main Railway Station. Sadowa Business Park was revitalized in 2003–2004 and refurbished once more in 2016.
