Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of Krakow’s office complex Zabłocie Business Park. The scheme is owned by IMS Budownictwo, a local housing developer.
Zabłocie Business Park, located in Krakow’s Podgórze district and close to the city centre, will comprise five modern seven-floor Class A office buildings when completed. The first 11,300 sq m phase was delivered in April 2017.
Bartłomiej Rak, Investment Director at IMS Budownictwo sp. z o.o. sp. k., said: “We appointed Cushman & Wakefield as a property manager of our first office scheme on account of its vast experience in management of Class A office buildings. We believe that drawing on its strong expertise and professionalism Cushman & Wakefield will ensure great comfort and high-quality services for our tenants.”
IMS Budownictwo has operated on the market since 2007, specialising in multifamily housing development. An entry into the office sector opens a new chapter in the company’s expansion.
Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, Partner, Business Space Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “The developer has placed a lot of trust in Cushman & Wakefield by commissioning us to act as a property manager of its first ever scheme on the commercial property market. Our Asset Services experts will support IMS Budownictwo in professional preparation of its office building for new tenants and provide top-quality services.”
