Just Gym is to join other tenants of the Ogrody Shopping Centre in Elbląg this year. The fitness club will occupy approximately 1,700 sq m spread over the scheme’s second and third floors.
Ogrody is the second location in Poland where Just Gym will open its latest fitness concept. The new tenant will complement the shopping centre’s offer with a modern weight training and fitness space to meet the needs of local residents trending towards a health-conscious lifestyle.
Ogrody is not only a place to shop, but a place to meet and enjoy entertainment. It sets new trends and responds to local consumers’ needs. Leading a healthy lifestyle by engaging in sports and eating a balanced diet is important to many Elbląg residents who, in addition to access to a high-quality retail and F&B offer, will be able to do sports in one of the most modern fitness centres in Poland. The Ogrody Shopping Centre will provide a modern fitness space, Elbląg’s only gym to be open 24/7. Just Gym’s access control system is an ideal solution for those who cannot work out during the opening hours of other clubs.
Just Gym offers ergonomic fitness zones, equipment of the world’s leading brands and group exercise programs, all included in the competitively priced pass, which is yet another advantage of the new gym at Ogrody.
The Ogrody Shopping Centre, which is under management of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, is Elbląg’s first shopping and service complex constructed in 2002. In March 2015, it was reopened after 23 months of extension works. Ogrody is now the largest and most modern shopping centre in the region. It offers 42,000 sq m of usable space, 130 retail stores and service outlets, restaurants on two levels, a cinema complex and a three-level car park. Ogrody’s tenants include: Carrefour, Multikino, H&M, KFC, McDonald’s, Media Markt, TK MAXX, Euro RTV AGD, Reserved, Mango, New Yorker, Carry, Empik, CCC, Deichmann, Go Sport, Douglas, Smyk, Hebe, and Rossmann. The scheme is owned by CPI Poland Sp. z o.o.
