The first conference in Poland devoted to new technology in real estate “PropTech: Digital Transformation In Commercial Real Estate” will take place at The Heart Warsaw in the Warsaw Spire building on Monday, 11 September. The event is organized by Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, together with ShareSpace and spaceOS.
What is “shared space”? What is “co-working”? How will digital transformation change the way we work? How to effectively manage an office shared by many small-scale businesses within a single co-working space to create a dynamic and inspiring working environment that stimulates synergy? What does the nearest future hold for the short-term lease market?
The experts of Cushman & Wakefield, ShareSpace and spaceOS will address these and many other questions during five thematic sessions covering the origin of co-working space in Europe, emerging trends in real estate sector, start-up communities management, the role of office managers of the future, and workplace solutions. The conference is free of charge and targets developers, tenants, start-ups and co-working businesses.
The rapidly growing PropTech sector offers real estate technology solutions to both tenants and property owners. It may seem revolutionary today but is set to become standard in many modern offices in a few years.
