The Focus office building in Warsaw has been awarded a “Excellent” rating in BREEAM In-Use certification. BREEAM In-Use is one of the most widely used assessment schemes for buildings in Europe. It sets the standard for best practice in sustainable building construction and operation.
Focus’s green certificate is evidence of the high standard of the building, its state-of-the-art technological solutions and top quality management. Through energy-saving solutions and green initiatives the property owner aims to ensure tenants the highest degree of comfort.
Focus is a modern class A office building with twelve aboveground storeys and a three-level underground car park. It offers 34,000 sq m of office space in four separate and independent parts opening onto a spacious atrium. Focus is located at 26 Armii Ludowej Avenue in Warsaw, close to Łazienkowska Thoroughfare and near the Pole Mokotowskie park. The location provides convenient access to other parts of Warsaw by public transport, including many tram and bus lines and an underground station.
Focus was designed by a Warsaw-based studio APA Kuryłowicz & Associates. It has been awarded many prestigious awards, including the Main Award of the Association of Polish Architects SARP 2001, and took the first place in Warsaw and second in Poland in the category Office of the Year (Eurobuild Awards 2012).
