Świat Książki, a leading Polish retailer offering a broad range of world and Polish fiction and non-fiction, will open a bookstore at the Ogrody Shopping Centre in Elbląg in the next few weeks; its first store in the region. Świat Książki will take 130 sq m of the ground-floor space.
The Ogrody Shopping Centre, constructed in 2002, was the first retail and service complex in Elbląg. It reopened in March 2015, following its extensive refurbishment and now is the largest and most modern shopping centre in the region. It provides 42,000 sq m of usable area across 130 retail stores and service outlets, restaurants on two levels, a cinema complex and a three-level car park. Ogrody’s tenants include: Carrefour, Multikino, H&M, KFC, McDonald’s, Media Markt, TK MAXX, Euro RTV AGD, Mango, Empik, CCC, Go Sport, Douglas, Smyk, Hebe and Rossmann. CPI Poland is the owner of the centre and Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager of the scheme.
