Eurogate Logistics, a leading provider of global freight forwarding transport solutions, has leased 866 sq m at the Astrum Business Park in Warsaw. IRYDION Sp. z o.o., the owner of the complex, was represented in the transaction by a global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
The Astrum Business Park is located in Warsaw’s Włochy district, at the crossroads of Jerozolimskie Avenue and Łupuszańska Street, in close proximity to a WKD (Warsaw Commuter Railway) station, the West Railway Station and an interchange of Warsaw’s ring-roads. The complex has a BREEAM certificate with a “Very Good” rating. It offers more than 20,000 sq m of office and service space, and many employee amenities, including a canteen, an ATM and a car wash.
