North Fish, a restaurant chain specialising in fish and seafood dishes, is to open a new restaurant at the Ogrody Shopping Centre in Elbląg. The 75-square-metre restaurant will open its doors in spring. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, the property manager of the scheme, has brought the tenant to Ogrody.
Opened in 2002, the Ogrody Shopping Centre is Elbląg’s first retail and service complex, extended in 2015. It is now the largest and most modern shopping centre in the region, offering 42,000 sq m of usable space, 130 retail stores and service outlets, restaurants, a cinema and a three-level car park. Ogrody’s tenants include Carrefour, Multikino, Media Markt, Mango, Empik, CCC, Douglas, Smyk, Hebe and Rossmann. Its F&B operators comprise McDonald’s, KFC, Subway, Silver Dragon, Sevi Kebab, Kuchnie Marche, coffee houses Carte d’Or, Grycan, Black or White, Cukiernia Sowa, Raszczyk Piekarnia i Cukiernia. The shopping centre is owned by the CPI Property Group.
“This new brand will further diversify Ogrody’s food and beverage offer. Food court expansion is currently one of key trends on the global retail market,” says Ada Budynek, Consultant, Retail Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
