The Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) has leased approximately 5,000 sq m of office space in the ASTRIS office building in downtown Krakow. The lease was brokered by Julie Archambault, a Senior Negotiator in the Office Agency of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, which is responsible for commercialisation of the scheme.
ASTRIS office building, measuring 33 metres in height, offers more than 13,000 sq m of modern office space. Construction company RE-BAU was the general contractor for ASTRIS, which had been designed by Tomasz Zawisza and Marek Trela. Construction was supervised by a consulting and engineering company TEBODIN POLAND of the BILFINGER Group. The office building meets sustainability requirements.
Jarosław Betka, Development Manager, ASTRIS, said: “We are delighted to have signed a long-term lease with ARiMR. Astris benefits from an excellent location in the city centre and easy accessibility by private or public transport”.
Adam Ślusarczyk, Head of ARiMR’s Regional Office in Małopolska, said: “Lease costs, location and office functionality for both farmers and our employees were the key factors we considered in the leasing process. ASTRIS proved to be the best choice for ARiMR”.
ARiMR is a governmental agency supporting agriculture and rural development in Poland. It is responsible for implementing instruments co-financed by the European Union budget and providing state funded aid.
