Since May 2017, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been an exclusive commercialisation agent for four retail schemes owned by Pradera European Retail Parks in Poland. Project leaders Edyta Paszkowska and Marta Słysz have brokered nearly 10,000 sq m of space under new leases or renewals at HOMEPARK Targówek, including Domoteka, HOMEPARK Janki, HOMEPARK Rawa and HOMEPARK Franowo.
34 transactions were closed, including 21 leases at Domoteka and HOMEPARK Targówek. New leases or renewals were signed by JMB, Joop, Sony, Asymetria Design, Hurom, Natuzzi, Willow House, Artdeco, Nolte, Novelle, Bizzarto, Noti, Aleotti, Senpo, Parkiet Studio, Rossmann, Retrowood, Pan Materac, Hastens and Świat Dziecka.

Nine leases, including renewals, were finalised at HOMEPARK Janki, which is anchored by Rossmann, Komfort, Komfort Łazienki, Kwiaciarnia EM, Elen Meble, JMB, Chairman, Vision Express and Rust.
The four retail parks commercialised by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield provide more than 100,000 sq m.
