Ferio Konin sees lease renewals and signs up a new tenant

Eleven prestigious brands, including Douglas, Cross Jeans and 4F, have renewed their leases at the Ferio Konin shopping centre while Diverse, a newcomer to the scheme, has taken up 195.67 sq m. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager of Ferio Konin. The retail complex is owned by Union Investment.

Retailers to remain at Ferio Konin include Douglas (248.3 sq m), fashion retailer Cross Jeans (94.46 sq m) sports retailer 4F, which has expanded its store up to 204.74 sq m, and Triumph, Gino Rossi, Geox, Lee Wrangler, Big Star, Magra, DYI Castorama and Plus GSM. Ferio Konin has also signed up a new fashion retailer Diverse, which has leased 195.67 sq m.

Ferio Konin, located in Stare Miasto near Konin, was opened in 2008 and extended in 2013. It comprises an area of 33,000 sq m let to many retail and service operators providing a diverse offer. Its tenants include beauty, fashion, sports and leisure retailers, a supermarket and F&B operators. In addition to the shopping centre, the complex also includes a retail park anchored by Media Markt, Calypso Fitness, Jysk, Sports Direct, and Castorama.
