Landlord representation team of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency grows in strength

Dawid Wątorski and Iwona Laskowska have enhanced the landlord representation team in the Office Agency of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Dawid Wątorski joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate in its Office Agency in January 2018. He is responsible for advisory services for landlords of office buildings, as well as marketing, leasing and technical consultancy for developers, and lease negotiations with prospective tenants. Prior to his commitment to the commercial real estate market, Dawid worked in the banking sector for Citibank and HSBC. In 2012, he joined the landlord representation team in the office agency of Colliers International. During his professional career he advised such clients as Yareal, Unibail-Rodamco, H&M, Strabag Real Estate, Heitmann, Union Investment, IVG Development Poland, Triuva and Capital Park. Dawid graduated in Law and Administration from Warsaw University.

Since March 2018, Iwona Laskowska has been responsible for transaction services, business relations and liaising with clients in Warsaw, and supporting a team dedicated to Union Investment’s project. Iwona has many years of professional experience in the real estate industry gained at global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 and in July 2017 she was appointed to the position of a Junior Negotiator. Iwona is a graduate of the Educational Science Faculty of the Pedagogical University in Warsaw. In March 2016, she completed Real Estate Valuation at the Open University of Warsaw University.
