Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed an exclusive agent for the commercialisation of Fabryczna Office Park under a cooperation agreement signed with the INTER-BUD Group.

“Fabryczna Office Park is a unique project in Krakow. It comprises three office buildings in an area combining office, retail and residential functions. The complex will be delivered as part of the Fabryczna City project developed at the site of the revitalised historical Polmos factory. The INTER-BUD Group is one of Krakow’s first investors to provide a comfortable working, living and leisure environment in a single location, said Michał Galimski, Associate, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.

Fabryczna Office Park is a complex of three modern office buildings in downtown Krakow. It enjoys easy access to public transportation, including trams and buses, in Pokoju Avenue, and a fast commuter rail service which is currently in the pipeline. Fabryczna City also comprises revitalised buildings with numerous retail and service outlets available to office tenants of the complex. The residential part will feature apartments for sale and compact starter flats for lease.

Each ten-storey office building will be delivered with a two-level underground car park. Fabryczna Office Park will offer more than 42,000 sq m of leasable office space and 844 parking spaces. Construction of the first building and of the underground levels of the other two began in June 2017. The complex will see its first tenants move in in the first quarter of 2019. The owner and the general contractor of the project, which was designed by IMB Asymetria, is the INTER-BUD Group.

“Following the latest global trends in construction and ensuring client satisfaction are our two guiding principles in business,” said Stanisław Łukasik, President of the INTER-BUD Group.

The history of the INTER-BUD Group dates back to 1989 when the firm was set up as a renovation and construction business. INTER-BUD delivers comprehensive construction services in several areas: own residential projects (from land acquisition, right through to property designing, construction, sale and management), general contractor, renovation and construction services, maintenance and installation services (including electrical, telecommunication, central heating, ventilation, water and sewage, and gas systems), and road works.
