CCC, a leading footwear manufacturer and distributor, has decided to renew its lease agreement at the Sarni Stock shopping centre in Bielsko-Biała and to expand its 700 sq m store to 1,328 sq m. In addition, CCC's store will be redeveloped and restyled in line with the tenant’s latest retail concept. The lease was brokered by Agnieszka Ługowska, Associate, Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield.
Sarni Stok is one of Bielsko-Biała’s biggest shopping centres. It provides more than 33,000 sq m let to 90 stores and service outlets of leading international and Polish retailers, including Carrefour, Media Markt, TK Maxx, Jula, H&M, Reserved and New Yorker. It boasts a convenient location at the junction of the city’s thoroughfares leading to the city centre and to Katowice, Krakow, Żywiec and Cieszyn. The scheme also has a two-level car park with 1,350 parking spaces.
“We are pleased to have renewed our lease here. We will soon begin refurbishment of our store to give it a makeover and get it ready for opening this autumn,” said Karol Semik, CCC Development Director.
“Sarni Stock will be the first shopping centre on the Bielsko-Biała market where CCC will launch its latest retail concept. We feel honoured that the tenant has decided to open an upgraded store at our scheme. CCC's new store is only part of customer experience improvements at Sarni Stock. Three other brands have also decided to restyle their stores to bring them in line with the latest market standards,” said Anna Waluś, Shopping Centre Director, Cushman & Wakefield.
CCC’s new concept provides wide entrances and open, innovative and fully-glazed store windows with LED screens that will captivate shopping centre customers. LED screens will also be mounted behind checkouts to be located at the far end of stores, not on the side as before. Stores will feature separate product sections: women, men, kids, sports and accessories.
