Cushman & Wakefield announces promotions in its Polish office

In April 2018, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield awarded promotions to its twelve professionals in the following departments: Office Agency, Industrial and Logistics Agency, Asset Services, Capital Markets, Project Management, HR, and Finance.

Kinga Bloch was promoted to Partner at real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. Kinga has more than 12 years of human resources experience, serving leadership roles in Telecommunication and IT industry. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she had worked for nearly nine years for leading IT services providers. As HR Director Poland at Atos, Kinga contributed to the company’s fast development within both commercial and shared service activities in Poland. At Cushman & Wakefield, Kinga is responsible for creating a friendly work environment by fostering a culture of shared responsibility and employee engagement through such projects as managerial skills improvement, implementation of a flexible work model, the WellBeing@Work program and hot-desking.

Marcin Kocerba was promoted to Associate in the Capital Markets team with responsibility for investment advisory on office and industrial real estate sales and acquisitions, as well as business relations and liaising with Polish and overseas investors. Marcin has more than eight years of commercial real estate industry experience and has worked at Cushman & Wakefield for his entire career. In the last 18 months, he was involved in more than EUR 1bn worth of transactions for such clients as Skanska, Hines, CIC and CBRE GI.

Aleksander Szybilski was promoted to Associate. Aleksander has been responsible for office space design for more than five years and for new office space project management in the last three years. His biggest challenge in his career so far has been to develop guidelines for a workplace strategy for Samsung’s new office in Warsaw. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was Samsung’s real estate leader with responsibility for offices across Poland. Aleksander takes part in workplace strategy and change management projects for key accounts in Poland, Switzerland and Great Britain.

Karol Nowak is a Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and has an unlimited building licence. Karol joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2017 from Strabag, where he worked as a site manager at the Art-Deco residential development in Warsaw and Ghelamco Poland’s Warsaw Spire. He also supervised fit-out projects for Samsung, Goldman Sachs and Benefit Systems. Karol has a broad experience in coordination of general construction, finishing and installation works at both shell and core, and fit-out stages, ensuring top quality standards.

Daniel Kłosowski was promoted to Senior Negotiator. Daniel has five years’ experience in office space leasing processes, representing both tenants and landlords. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as a Negotiator. Previously, he gained professional experience as a Junior Leasing Manager in Austrian investment fund Immofinanz, where he was responsible for commercialization of its approximately 300,000 sq m office real estate portfolio. Daniel graduated with a master’s degree in Law and Administration from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.

Zuzanna Krech was promoted to Senior Negotiator. Zuzanna is responsible for business development and independent project management in Łódź and Central Poland for Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she worked for Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna, and for seven years for Contrain Sp. z o.o., where she gained comprehensive sales experience on international markets. Zuzanna also completed post-graduate HR Management studies at the Łódź University of Technology and is a graduate of the University of Łódź Faculty of International and Political Studies.

Agnieszka Głuchowska was promoted to Negotiator. Agnieszka is responsible for office tenant advisory and representation services. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, she worked for Barcelona-Home in Barcelona. During her studies, she gained real estate experience through her internship with JLL’s Real Estate Management Team. Agnieszka completed a master’s degree program in Land Management (specialisation in Real Estate Management) at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Dariusz Madej was  promoted to Negotiator. Dariusz specialises in office tenant advisory in the Krakow region. He has worked for Cushman & Wakefield since 2015. Dariusz has been involved in many complex transactions, actively supporting such clients as ESET, Grid Dynamics, Miquido, GlobalLogic, Innoenergy CE, Gamedesire, PKO Leasing, Antal, Nationale Nederlanden, RTV Euro AGD, Petro Vend, Strabag and Revolut. Over the last two years, he has transacted more than 23,000 sq m of modern office space as a project leader or co-leader. Dariusz is an economist by education and graduated from the Faculty of Economics and International Relations with a specialisation in Real Estate and Investments at the Cracow University of Economics.

Promotions were also awarded to the following persons:

Anna Szewczuk, Associate Director in the Finance Department; Agnieszka Ługowska, Associate, Asset Services; and Aleksandra Lorek, Senior Executive Assistant in the Office Department.

In addition, Katarzyna Misztal joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial & Logistics Agency as an Assistant. Previously, she gained professional experience as an Assistant to the Legal Department and Managing Director at Neinver Poland. Katarzyna is responsible for the team administration and supporting Negotiators. Her duties include preparation of offers, presentations, documents and data sheets, and organising meetings. Katarzyna graduated in real estate management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
