Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Project & Development Services (PDS) team, to include a new Design & Build (D&B) platform. The new European service line is headed by Glyn Evans for the CEE region, based in Prague. Andrew Frizell, Partner and Head of Project Management CEE is leading the new service line in Poland supported by Glyn Evans.
The new Design & Build service line will supplement our existing Project and Cost Management capabilities by offering space planning, design and engineering plus the ability to deliver the physical fit-out works and all finishes. The new D&B service line at Cushman & Wakefield will make it possible for Clients to contract one single service provider for turnkey projects.
