The ENEL-MED Group has signed a lease for nearly 1,000 sq m at HOMEPARK Targówek in Warsaw. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield represented Pradera European Retail Parks in this transaction. The tenant will move into its new space by the end of Q1 2019.
“The ENEL-MED Group will further enrich the offer of HOMEPARK Targówek, which is a very popular retail destination with Warsaw inhabitants.
