Swedish fashion retailer H&M has decided to renew its 1,400 plus sq m lease at the Ferio Konin shopping centre. Union Investment, the owner of the complex, was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
“H&M is the world’s iconic clothing brand offering fashion and quality at best prices in line with the sustainable growth concept. Its lease renewal will certainly please all customers of Ferio Konin. The presence of such brands as H&M is strong evidence that Ferio Konin is the most attractive location for leading brands in Poland wanting to build a presence in the region,” said Edyta Paszkowska, Associate, Retail Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
Ferio Konin was opened in 2008 and extended in the years 2013-2014. It is located in Stare Miasto near Konin and offers 33,000 sq m of service and retail space.
