Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed a property manager of Pegaz, an office complex in Wrocław. The owner of the scheme is Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest).
“Pegaz is another prestigious office complex added to Cushman & Wakefield’s property portfolio. Pegaz comprises two six-floor office buildings offering a total of 20,950 sq m of Class A leasable space and a 370-space car park. The complex is located in downtown Wrocław, close to the junction of Grabska and Kazimierza Wielkiego streets. Its white stone structure stands out against other buildings in the area. It was designed by Autorska Pracownia Architektury Hubka in Wrocław.
