Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed a property manager of Pegaz, an office complex in Wrocław. The owner of the scheme is Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest).

“Pegaz is another prestigious office complex added to Cushman & Wakefield’s property portfolio. This makes Wrocław our first regional market with more than 100,000 sq m of office space under our management,” says Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, PhD, Partner, Business Space Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield. “Our priority is to ensure seamless communication and top-quality services, and that’s why we will be taking careful note of suggestions of both the property owner and tenants,” adds Grzegorz Dyląg, Associate, Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield.

Pegaz comprises two six-floor office buildings offering a total of 20,950 sq m of Class A leasable space and a 370-space car park. The complex is located in downtown Wrocław, close to the junction of Grabska and Kazimierza Wielkiego streets. Its white stone structure stands out against other buildings in the area. It was designed by Autorska Pracownia Architektury Hubka in Wrocław.

Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest) is one of Germany’s leading managers of special AIF for real estate with approximately EUR 6.8bn of real estate assets under management. Warburg-HIH Invest, as a quality provider, supplies products and services with added value. This pursuit matches the quality standards set by both of its shareholders, HIH Real Estate and the private bank M.M.Warburg & Co founded in 1798.
