Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has published another edition of its Global Retail Services guide for retail sector. The guide presents global and local retail trends in cities and suburban areas, and detailed retail sector information on more than 150 cities in 50 countries worldwide.

Growing wages and record-low unemployment have had a positive knock-on effect on disposable incomes and consumer confidence. All these factors are leading to an increase in consumer spending which is the key engine behind Poland’s high GDP growth. Poland boasts strong economic fundamentals and is attracting global brands. In the first half of 2018, six new brands entered Poland and a few others are planning to enter the market in the coming months, said Małgorzata Dziubińska, Associate Director, Consulting and Research, Cushman & Wakefield.
