The Zepter Business Centre was designed by a Cyprus-based company ZINOSCO in collaboration with a Polish architectural firm GADER. Zbigniew Garbowski and Zoran Simić are the authors of the design.

The Zepter Business Center or the ship, as it is commonly known, is an office building boasting an attractive design, located right in the heart of the business part of Służewiec.
