Cushman & Wakefield appoints a new Head of Asset Services in Poland

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield announced a change to its Asset Services leadership in Poland with effect from the beginning of November 2018. Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz was named Head of Operations, Asset Services Poland. 

PhD Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz is a qualified MRICS and has many years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, focusing on office and warehouse real estate. So far she has been managing a 39-strong team of professionals and more than 1.4 million sq m of commercial space across Poland. She cooperates with international funds and private investors and developers. Zuzanna also has a solid academic record: she was a researcher and lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics for 12 years. Following the merger of DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield, Zuzanna was responsible for the reorganisation of the Asset Services Business Space department. Zuzanna has been actively involved in promoting green real estate solutions for many years and is a highly-regarded expert in the field.
