CAT LC has leased more than 5,300 sq m of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Sosnowiec. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

CAT LC is an experienced logistics operator owned by French-based Groupe CAT and headquartered in Duchnice near Warsaw, Poland. It has been active on the Polish market since 1994, providing comprehensive supply chain logistics services. In addition to the automotive industry, CAT LC also delivers services to such sectors as agriculture, medical, high-tech, lighting, food and household appliances. In Poland, CAT LC has approximately 300 staff and seven offices across the country.

Panattoni Park Sosnowiec is an industrial park comprising six warehouse buildings with a total area of more than 231,000 sq m suitable for warehousing and light manufacturing. It is located in Sosnowiec, Porąbka district, in the immediate vicinity of the S1 expressway and close to the A4 motorway. Euroterminal “Sławków”, linking Europe, Russia and China, is 10 km away. The project is being developed by Panattoni Europe. The leased space is cross-dock space that enables warehousing and direct shipment of goods to clients without any need for additional storage.

Rising consumption and ever stronger demand for new goods are driving demand for new warehouse space across Poland. CAT LC is a large firm that has been active on our market for long. Our client’s key focus is top-quality services and swift product delivery. That’s why we are pleased to have secured a cross-dock facility that will be ideally tailored to CAT LC’s needs and will enable CAT LC to further improve their logistics,” said Konrad Jacewicz, Senior Negotiator, Industrial and Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
