Cushman & Wakefield appoints a new head of Asset Services Business Space

Grzegorz Dyląg has been appointed as head of Asset Services Business Space in the Polish office of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, which manages a diversified commercial property portfolio totalling approximately 1.8 million sq m across Poland. In the Asset Services team, Grzegorz will be responsible for development of the Business Space line and coordination of 50 specialists managing nearly 1.4 million sq m of commercial properties.

Grzegorz Dyląg joined global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and was promoted to Associate five years ago. For nearly 12 years he has been managing teams responsible for core office, retail, hospitality and industrial portfolios. His key responsibilities include optimisation of business processes in line with the firm’s standards, coordination and ongoing support of real estate teams and technical support. Previously, Grzegorz was also responsible for space leasing, lease renegotiations, and coordination of fit-out and project works in buildings under his management. His key clients include: Cromwell Property Group, DEKA Immobilien, GPRE, ING Leasing, Pramerica, Skanska, TREI RE, WAIMEA Holding and Warburg-HIH Invest.

Grzegorz graduated in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in real estate management.
