Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has awarded promotions to new positions to four of its employees. Karol Pańczyk was promoted to Associate Director, while Magdalena Popiołek, Konrad Jacewicz and Mikołaj Niemczycki became Associates.
Karol Pańczyk was promoted to Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Technology Solutions team. Karol has worked for Cushman & Wakefield since 2013 and was recently responsible for the roll-out of the property management platform ERP – YARDI for clients across the globe. He was also in charge of its implementation, development and technical support for the firm’s Asset Services in Europe and GOS in EMEA. He gained professional experience at Cefic Polska, where in his role as a System Analyst he supported the ERP development. Karol graduated in Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Magdalena Popiołek was elevated to Associate in Asset Services. She has worked for Cushman & Wakefield since 2007 and over the past 12 years has gained a strong track record in project management for such key accounts as Bainbridge, Charter Hall, PZU, CBRE Global Investors, ING Real Estate and AEW. Magdalena is involved in ongoing operational management with responsibility for oversight of real estate processes and supporting owners in real estate due diligence, repositioning and rebranding.
Konrad Jacewicz was promoted to Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial and Logistics Agency with responsibility for warehouse and industrial space leasing, liaising with developers and tenants, client consultancy and supervision over projects in Upper Silesia, Krakow and Rzeszów. Konrad is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Poznań University of Economics and Business, where he completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Agency, Property Valuation and Real Estate Management.
Mikołaj Niemczycki was promoted to Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency. Prior to that, in June 2018 he became the firm’s Coworking Clients Manager in Poland. Mikołaj has more than five years’ experience in tenant representation and landlord consultancy. He is a leading specialist in flexible office spaces and PropTech. Mikołaj is currently advising WeWork on their expansion on the Polish market and in the CEE region. In 2018 alone, he transacted a total of 40,000 sq m. He is also a project leader for Cushman & Wakefield’s strategic partnership with the Polish start-up ShareSpace. Since September 2017, he has been in charge of a new service line which through cooperation with ShareSpace supports the development and promotion of commercial tech-enabled solutions for fast online flexible office leases for tenants and coworking space operators. Mikołaj is a graduate of Warwick University in the United Kingdom.
