In connection with the relocation of its Silesian branch from Mikołów to Żory, cargo-partner spedycja sp. z o.o., a provider of logistics and transport services, has leased nearly 7,000 sq m of office and warehouse space in Panattoni Park Żory. cargo-partner spedycja has signed up as the first tenant in this location. The tenant was advised on the transaction by Maciej Szczepański and Konrad Jacewicz from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Headquartered in Austria, cargo-partner is an international provider of IT and logistics solutions. It has been present in Poland since 1998. The company offers a full range of logistics and freight services by air, sea, rail and road, including specialized solutions such as temperature-controlled transport, oversized cargo transport and other bespoke solutions tailored to individual industry requirements. It has an integrated network of warehouses across Europe, South East Asia, India and the US.

“cargo-partner will significantly enhance its logistics operations following its relocation to the new facility located by national road 81 and just under 7 km from an access road to the A1 motorway. The new location will ensure favourable conditions for the tenant to deliver goods to Poland’s southern neighbours and across the Upper Silesian market,” says Konrad Jacewicz, Associate, Industrial and Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.

Panattoni Park Żory comprises two warehouses with a total area of more than 80,000 sq m, located in close proximity of the Czech Republic and the A1 motorway, below the Sośnica interchange. The facility will be suitable for warehousing and light manufacturing. Once fully built out, its buildings will meet top sustainability and energy efficiency standards, including BREEAM.
